The highly rated reality program covering collector car auctions, Bidding Wars, has been renewed
and will start its fifth year of coverage on Fox Sports Net beginning Sunday, Jan 2, 2011.
The series that concentrates more on the buyers and sellers of collector cars than it does the cars
themselves, has moved to the popular Vicari Collector Car Auction in Biloxi, Mississippi.
“I am pleased with the improved lighting on the cars promoter Pete Vicari has installed”
commented series producer Robert Bravender. The move to Biloxi was made after Dean Kruse
sold the Labor Day weekend event in Auburn, Indiana and the old crew of auctioneers and ring men
left Auburn in favor of the Vicari events.
Executive Producer, Ted Jones, commented, “The auctioneers, especially comical Dan Kruse and
ringman, Marty Hill, really add to the entertainment value of the grits” .
